Bloom & Beat Tuition & Policies

We want every family to have a positive experience at Warren Music Academy. The following policies help our program run smoothly while allowing us to provide consistent, high-quality instruction for every child.

Tuition

Tuition for the Bloom & Beat program is $130 per month, per enrolled child.

A sibling discount is available for families enrolling more than one child. Please contact Warren Music Academy for current sibling pricing.

• Tuition is billed monthly through automatic payment.
• Payments are processed on the 25th of each month for the following month’s classes.
• Tuition reserves your child’s place in class and is based on enrollment, not attendance.
• Families are asked to maintain a valid payment method on file to ensure uninterrupted enrollment.

Attendance & Missed Classes

Consistent attendance helps children become comfortable with classroom routines and supports their musical and developmental growth.

If your child is unable to attend a class, please notify Warren Music Academy as soon as possible.

Because each class is part of an ongoing program and your child’s space is reserved exclusively for them, missed classes are not eligible for refunds or make-up classes.

Weather Closures

The safety of our students, families, and staff is always our highest priority.

If Warren Music Academy closes due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified by email, text message, and/or social media as early as possible.

Whenever possible, make-up classes or alternative arrangements may be provided at the Academy’s discretion.

Withdrawal

If you need to withdraw from Bloom & Beat, please provide written notice before the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month’s tuition.

Once tuition has been processed for the upcoming month, it is non-refundable.

We understand that family circumstances sometimes change, and we’ll do our best to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Parent Participation

Parents or caregivers are expected to attend and participate in classes designated as Parent & Me programs.

To help create the best learning environment for every child, we ask parents to follow instructor guidance during class and allow children to participate at their own pace.

Class Placement

Warren Music Academy reserves the right to recommend a different class when it better matches a child’s age, developmental readiness, or available space. Our goal is always to place each child in the environment where they are most likely to thrive.

Health & Wellness

If your child has a fever, has vomited within the past 24 hours, has a contagious illness, or is otherwise too sick to participate comfortably, please keep them home and join us when they are feeling better.

This helps protect all of the children, families, and instructors participating in Bloom & Beat.
