Opportunities at Warren Music Academy
Bringing performance to life through real experiences
At Warren Music Academy, we believe students grow the most when they have the opportunity to take what they learn and put it into action.
Performing on stage helps students build confidence, develop teamwork, discover their creativity, and experience the excitement of being part of something bigger than themselves.
Through Open Arms Theater, the production arm of Warren Music Academy, students have the opportunity to participate in theatrical productions, staged readings, showcases, and other live performance experiences.
Open Arms Theater
The production arm of Warren Music Academy
Open Arms Theater was created to give WMA students a place to experience the full process of creating a production.
From learning a role and developing a character to rehearsing with a cast and performing for an audience, students gain the skills and confidence that come from being part of a real production.
Opportunities may include:
• Musical theatre productions
• Plays
• Staged readings
• Student showcases
• Special performance events
• Other live performance opportunities
Why Performance Matters
A great performance is about more than memorizing lines or singing the right notes.
Students learn:
Confidence
Performing helps students trust themselves, overcome fear, and become more comfortable sharing their abilities.
Teamwork
Every production requires collaboration. Students learn how to support each other and contribute to a shared goal.
Preparation
Students experience the commitment, focus, and responsibility required to create a successful performance.
Communication
The ability to connect with an audience is a skill that benefits students both on stage and throughout life.
The Performance Journey
Every student’s path is different.
Some students begin with lessons and want their first opportunity to perform.
Some discover a passion for theatre and continue into larger productions.
Others use their experience as preparation for auditions, college programs, talent showcases, or future opportunities in music and entertainment.
At Warren Music Academy, we help students find the next step that fits their goals.
