Simple, Consistent Lessons with Clear Pricing
This page explains exactly how lessons, tuition, and scheduling work at Warren Music Academy so you can make a clear and confident decision.
Tuition
Warren Music Academy keeps tuition simple, consistent, and predictable so families always know what
to expect. Our structure is designed to support steady student progress, provide meaningful value, and
give our teachers the stability they need to do their best work.
This page explains how tuition works, what’s included, and how our billing structure supports a
positive learning environment for everyone.
Monthly Tuition
Private lessons are $150 per month.
This includes:
- One 30-minute private lesson each week
- The same day and time every week
- A reserved lesson slot held exclusively for the student
Tuition is billed monthly to keep everything simple and predictable.
No Long-Term Commitment
Getting started should feel straightforward, not risky.
- There are no long-term contracts
- You can withdraw at any time
- We recommend timing withdrawals at the end of a billing cycle
Most families simply begin lessons, experience the consistency, and quickly see the value.
How Scheduling Works
Your lesson time is reserved for you each week.
- Same day and time every week
- Consistent teacher
- Ongoing weekly schedule
This consistency is what allows students to build progress without constantly starting over.
How Monthly Tuition Works
Our program runs year-round and is divided into equal monthly payments.
- Some months have four lessons
- Some have five
- Tuition stays the same each month
Over the course of the year, most families receive the equivalent of more than a full month of additional lessons at no extra cost.
Why We Use a Consistent Weekly Structure
After working with students at all levels, one pattern is clear:
Inconsistent lessons lead to stalled progress and frustration.
A consistent weekly schedule allows students to:
- Build momentum
- Retain what they learn
- Develop real confidence over time
This is what helps students stay engaged and continue improving.
Missed Lessons
Your lesson time is reserved specifically for you each week, which allows for a consistent schedule and steady progress.
- Missed lessons are not refunded
- Regular attendance is important for maintaining momentum
When possible, teachers may provide a brief video lesson or guidance to help students stay on track, depending on the situation.
This approach allows us to maintain a reliable schedule for all students while still supporting continued progress.
Autopay
Autopay is the standard and recommended payment method.
It:
- Prevents missed payments or late fees
- Keeps your lesson time reserved
- Simplifies monthly billing
- Allows access to multi-student discounts
Families not using autopay are still required to prepay each month in advance.
Teacher Cancellations
If a teacher must cancel a lesson and a makeup or video lesson cannot be arranged, a full lesson credit will be applied.
Scheduled Breaks
We close twice per year for scheduled breaks:
- Holiday Recess: December 24 – January 1
- Summer Break: One week each summer (announced annually)
These breaks are already built into the yearly structure and balanced by five-week months.
Billing & Cancellation Policy
- Enrollment and billing continue until cancellation is formally requested
- Missed lessons or schedule changes do not cancel enrollment
- To stop future charges, cancellation must be communicated directly to Warren Music Academy
- Once cancellation is received, all future billing is stopped
If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.
Our Approach to Lessons
Students don’t usually quit because of lack of ability.
They lose momentum when lessons are inconsistent or progress feels unclear.
At Warren Music Academy, lessons are structured to provide:
- Clear direction
- Consistent weekly progress
- A learning path that builds confidence over time
This is what helps students stay engaged and continue improving.
What Families Notice After Getting Started
Randy S.
“What stood out right away was how personal everything felt. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach where everyone is doing the same thing. They really take the time to understand each student and build from there.
My son feels comfortable, supported, and actually looks forward to coming each week. You can tell there’s a real level of care and experience behind how everything is taught. It feels like you’re part of something special, not just another lesson.”
Opportunities Beyond Weekly Lessons
For students who want to go further, we offer additional opportunities throughout the year to apply what they’re learning in real musical settings.
These may include:
- Performance groups
- Songwriting workshops
- Blues-focused sessions and specialty classes
- Strum-along and group playing experiences
We also host ongoing community events, including monthly open studio sessions for teens and adult students, where they can play in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Some workshops and events are included, while others are optional programs with separate enrollment.
Many students choose to participate when they feel ready, and these experiences can add another level of confidence, creativity, and real-world musicianship
